Meal 2 chocolate cookies

Went ok, good instructions. I froze the roll and after an hour it was still a bit soft but i couldn't wait any longer. Rhe cookies themselves were a bit over chocolate for me but Penny liked them.

Meal 1 santiago cake

The making of the cake was easy. I didn't have the right tin so it turned out so so. Also, it stuck to the greaseproof paper.... Tasty but not a total winner.

Meal 2 mackril stew disaster

Didn't taste good. Far too strong tasting.

Pizza night

Have a usual weekly pizza and it's a great time. This week feta, cherry tomato, courgette and jamon.

Meal 2 Penne Bolagnese

Made a huge batch and had some for dinner. Bit shocked about the amount of butter in it.

Meal 1 burgers

Made the burgers, they were a bit wet but tasty.

Meal 1 cæser salad

Went well. Made double sauce portion. Was very garlicy but delicious.
